Weird work place rebellions - in the toilet

Today I was in the first floor bathroom at work and someone (who shall remain nameless) went on a rant regarding those pink smelling urinal things in the toilets. I think they have just appeared since the new cleaning lady came.

Her rant was kindof funny. I get her point. This is a girls bathroom. They stink and we don't need them in here. It's not like we are peeing all over the floor. If it were me I would have ranted about it and been done. But nope. In an act of covert rebellion she went over, took that thing out with paper towels, and threw it away.

We all have things that annoy the heck out of us in the workplace. Still now I feel bad for the cleaning lady. I have a perpetual sense of guilt towards the fact that we need a cleaning lady to clean up for us. And then I always feel bad because it's a hard job with low pay. I don't ever want to add to a cleaning lady's stress.

What if she feels she is being sabotaged? She puts these in the toilet, this person throws them away. It's a battle of wills and let's just say the "thrower-away" has a lot of will. Poor poor cleaning lady.

HA! I totally know who that was, without even being there.
