Yael Naim. Her video is from her most recent single New Soul. Swoonvile! Just the kind of video an artsy ENFJ (myers briggs test) would adore. (confirmed today once again in my career counseling class). It's better than a puppy at christmas! I found because of this post at Jenlemen.com. I agree. I love her. Sigh. It's particularly cute how she waves goodbye to the fish at the end.
