Paradoxy just posted this and I wanted to as well. It's a two post blog day I guess. It's a pretty funny video. And yes that holding therapy thing, it happened for me (sortof) in counseling, don't mock me for it. And the woman who looks at trees to change, she is the person who authored the book my parents gave me.
