Posting Letters on the internet

In my random blog readings today I saw this post and I thought to myself, "How cathartic that must have been." Anyway. I thought I'd add it to my collection of things that help one make it through. Although it does make me think that this is not the first letter someone wrote and posted online. I am always amazed by it. Do they want the person to find it? Probably. Would I if I posted a letter online? Probably. Hmmm.

[To be fair, this letter was never supposed to see the light of the almighty internets. It was intended to be e-mailed calmly and quietly to the old friend whose habit of drunk-ass, late-night bombardment of angry e-mails had pushed me to and over the edge. However, a “delivery status notification” informed me that his e-address was no longer valid as of this evening, and so (and in part because it will so please him) I am posting my response to his various venomous letters here.
