I have a Starbucks cred. card because I knew I would be much more likely to earn a cup of coffee than a airline mile. I recently went to check my balance on how much coffee I've earned. It didn't work, but I figured I'd just check again later. It wasn't a big deal. But then, I got a present from Starbucks in the mail. In it was the coffee in the picture and an apology. It's funny that this makes me think a company is thoughtful.
